To generate ideas is paradoxically the easiest thing in a process of Innovation.
However despite the easy appearances, it hides many traps. For the generation of ideas to be truly effective for the company requires a complex and delicate process.
First of all, who is involved in this process? What objective is targeted when you search for new ideas? How to bind this step with the understanding of the consumer of which we mentioned earlier? And especially, how after having generated a certain number of ideas, can you select them and then transform them into successful projects?
